Summary: A small section of the vehicle's fuel line assembly could have been damaged during production. If damaged, fuel can leak to the outside, and in the presence of an ignition source cause a fire.

Summary: On certain passenger vehicles, moisture could enter the mounting bushing and bolt combination of the rear track control arm and cause corrosion. Corrosion could impede the free movement of the control arm.

Summary: In certain high speed turns or abrupt lane change maneuvers at speeds substantially above posted speed limits, and depending upon road conditions, precise steering response may be demanded to retain directional stability. In the event control is lost, a crash may occur, resulting in injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the fuel line assembly. Owner notification began Aug. 19, 1999. Owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Audi at 1-800-822-2834.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the front stabilizers in front drive Audi TTs and the front and rear stabilizers in Audi TTs equipped with quattro drive. A modified control arm will be installed in the front, together with firmer shock absorbers in the front and rear. In addition Audi will install a rear spoiler. Owner notification began during November 1999. Owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Audi at 1-800-822-2834.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the track control arms. The manufacturer has reported that owner notification began Dec. 14, 2001. Owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Audi at 1-800-822-2834.
